We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of
purchase. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include
weekends or public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping
method you select at checkout and your location . Typical delivery times
once dispatched are 2–4 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 1–2 working
days for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Exact delivery timescales depend on the service
selected at checkout. All orders are sent with tracking, so you'll receive a
tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note we
currently ship within the UK only.

Before lighting: Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. This ensures a clean, even burn and prevents excessive flickering or sooting.
First burn: Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted to the edges of the glass on the first use — this prevents tunnelling and ensures the full life of the candle.
Burn time: Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
Caring for your crystals: The natural crystals will sit within the wax as it burns. As the wax melts, remove the crystals carefully using tweezers before they reach the flame — they can then be kept as a keepsake or used in your home.
Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts, and flammable materials. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface. Do not move a candle while the wax is liquid. Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains.
Refilling: When your candle is finished, clean the vessel and contact us to order a refill — keeping the glass and continuing your memories sustainably.
