Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Hazel Glow! As a small independent business, every order means the world to us.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of purchase. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location . Typical delivery times once dispatched are 2–4 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 1–2 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 24. Exact delivery timescales depend on the service selected at checkout. All orders are sent with tracking, so you'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.  Please note we currently ship within the UK only.
